How to Search for Components by P/N

Go to the "Home" page.

Type in the part number and search.

The component is being searched. The system will take a few seconds to collect real-time data.

Once data is collected, a page containing all relevant information about the component will open.

Item status, life cycle and availability are highlighted in color, indicating their risk level.

Searching for alternatives in real time can take up to a minute.

After the search for alternatives is complete, they will appear on the right side of the screen.

Click "Download PDF" to obtain the component datasheet.

If the searched item appears in a product that was assigned in IKIDO platform, you'll see an indication for that.

Press 'see more' to find where this item appears.

This item is part of a BoM that belongs to a product line named "FusionFlow".

The product name is "PentaCore" and its version is A1.

Access the component's Technical Data, Supply, and Compliance information via the "Summary" page.

Click this tab to see the footprint and symbol information.

View all available purchase options for the component.

Compare the component with its alternatives and related items.

These will be displayed according to their Form, Fit, and Function ratings, from the best alternative on the left to the least on the right.

Share the component information with other IKIDO users via a generated link.

Click "Pin this item" to save the component in your pinned items list.

Click this option to remove a saved component from your list.

When you return to the home page, your saved items will be displayed below the search bar.

Note that you can also search for a component through the "Component Browser" tab.

Just like before, enter the part number and initiate a search.
